We were trying to look for our new home in FL while finishing the process of selling our old home in another state. Our agent tapped into her network and connected us with Megan. We hit the jackpot. We did what we could virtually. An initial meeting and then a few home tours. It was disappointing to watch homes we liked disappear because they sold right away, but we told ourselves they weren’t the right ones. We are so thrilled to have found Megan as our realtor! On Christmas Day I discovered a listing that I just had to see. With the housing market so hot right now I knew it would go fast. It was cringeworthy to do but I texted her on Christmas about the listing. She discovered they had another offer in and if we wanted to make an offer we need to do it by 12. So she scheduled us for the next morning and not only that recommended a mortgage company who she knew would be on top of things just as she was. Between the two of them by 12 pm the day after Christmas we saw the house, got pre-approved for a loan and had an offer in. This timing was crucial because if we would have waited they would most likely have accepted the other offer. If it wasn’t for Megan’s dedication to us and her knowledge of great vendors in the industry, I wouldn’t be typing this review in my new house! Megan also knew just what to put in the offer to stand out. I think it’s so important to find a realtor who comes with recommendations. At the start of the process she had an entire list of recommended vendors. One recommendation on her list was a homeowners insurance companies. I probably got 10 quotes and Megan got me quotes as well. Her quotes she got with her recommended companies were HALF the price as mine. I chose every recommended vendor on her list and we had an extremely smooth closing process with no hiccups and only 31 days to close (including 3 holidays in there!). Megan is your go to realtor!
